Our discreet capture appliance sits in your conference room as a virtual meeting attendee. It connects to your projector and laptop, and will automatically record the entire presentations and conversations. When the meeting is over, the appliance forwards the meeting on to your secure archive.
Next, the Present.io cloud indexes the presentation, extracting topics and terms and collects them in to a searchable archive. The archive is viewable only by you, or the people you designate. You can even make it public to share with the world on our public archives.
Whenever, wherever you want to retrieve the contents of a meeting, all you need to do is search for what you are interested in, and we'll fetch the appropriate meetings (at the time it was said) for you to review!
