How to Order

Interested in Present.io? Good!

Here's all you need to do:

1. Determine how many conference rooms you want to capture presentations in. You'll need one of our capture appliances for each one.
2. Use the ordering button below to order that many capture appliances. Your first year of archive storage is free with the capture appliance, and we'll ask you well in advance if you want to 're-up' for our service as your first anniversary nears.
3. There is no #3. That's it. Simple and easy.

We'll even ship the appliances to you pre-configured for your network if you like.

Each device even comes with a unique email address, known only to you, that you can use to invite your virtual meeting attendee through your company's email system. When the meeting is over, the meeting organizer will receive a link to the archived meeting to share with the attendees, or you can tell us to automatically copy attendees (and those who missed the meeting) on the meeting archive.

For those of you still reading, you'll notice that you had to change no behavior or add any steps to your daily process, other than copying your appliance on the meeting invite. The rest happens automatically! Et Voila, perfect recall!
