The Capture Appliances are $999 per conference room. For our 'first mover' customers, we are offering the Capture Appliances for $699 including the first year of our Present.io Cloud Service. (That's the type of people we are.)
At the end of your first year, we'll call or email you (your choice) and ask how things are going. You'll have the opportunity to renew your Present.io Cloud Service for another year at that time. The cost of the Cloud Service is $399 per year for unlimited uploads per capture appliance, a little more than $1 per day. Simple, yes?
